Roadmap

What's shipped, what's next.

An honest look at where DMOS is. The platform runs our own £2M precision shop today — so the "shipped" list is what we use every day, not a wish-list. Planned items are things we intend to build; we don't put dates on them until we're confident we can keep them.

Shipped

Live today, running our own floor.

Five connected apps in daily production use. Not a beta — this is the system we run the business on.

DASBridge

The command deck — jobs, full lifecycle, live costing and a complete audit log. Invoices raise themselves on ship and push to Xero.

DAS QMS

Full ISO 9001 quality system — defects, NCRs, CAPA, FAI, calibration register and audit-ready PDF exports.

DASTime

Shop-floor clock-ins, shifts, absences and payroll prep — with a full-screen kiosk mode for the tablet on the wall.

DASCRM

Customers, opportunities and pipeline. A won deal auto-creates the job in DASBridge — no re-keying.

DASFind

Multi-location stock balances, picks, bin locations, kitting and stock-takes.

The connected lifecycle

One job flows lead → quote → job → make → inspect → ship → invoice → paid across the apps, automatically. Single sign-on across the platform.

In progress

Being built now.

Active work — partly shipped, partly still in the workshop. We'd rather show you the truth than pretend everything is finished.

In progress

DASQuote — AI estimator

Drop a STEP file or drawing in, get a costed quote back. The estimating engine runs and feeds actuals back to jobs; we're hardening the workflow and the bridge into DASBridge.

In progress

Tooling & maintenance

Tool-life tracking, wear logging on shift close and a preventive-maintenance schedule are live in DASBridge. We're deepening the alerts and per-job tooling-cost view.

In progress

Mobile-first daily home

A bookmarkable phone view — your management inbox, today's risks and follow-ups in one screen. In use and being refined across the apps.

Planned

On the list, not yet started.

Things we intend to build, shaped by what shops actually ask for. No dates and no prices until we're confident — if it matters to you, tell us and it moves up the list.

Planned

Sage integration

Today DMOS pushes invoices to Xero out of the box. Sage is the most-requested addition — it's planned. Tell us if it's a deal-breaker for you.

Planned

A real scheduling engine

We have an 8-week capacity grid today. The next step is finite-capacity scheduling — sequencing jobs across machines with constraints. A meaningful build; planned, not promised on a date.

Planned

AS9100 patterns

The QMS covers ISO 9001 fully today. Aerospace shops need AS9100 on top — the additional record and traceability patterns are planned for shops that need them.

Planned

DASLeads — single sign-on

DASLeads scans UK procurement portals for matching contracts. Folding it under the same single sign-on as the rest of the platform is planned so it's one login, not a separate tool.

Planned

Custom report builder

Build your own views over your own data — pick the fields, save the report, export it. Planned; for now we'll build a bespoke export for you if you need a specific cut.

Tell us what's missing

This roadmap is steered by real shops. If something here would change your day, or there's a gap we've not listed, email Morgan. We build what shops actually need.

How we build

Why there are no fixed dates here.

We run it ourselves first

Everything in "shipped" earns its place by surviving our own shop floor. We feel every rough edge before you do — which is slower, and far more honest.

No invented numbers

We won't quote you a saving, a timeline or a price for something we haven't built and proven. When a planned item ships, you'll see it move up this page — not before.

Shops set the order

What gets built next is driven by what our customers and our own floor actually need. The loudest, most common requests win.

Twenty minutes on a video call. We log into our own live shop instance and show you the platform as it stands now — not a mock-up of what's coming.
