The £295 covers a real human importing your customers, parts and live jobs, running a 90-minute training call, and being on email for your first week. We'd rather you know what you're paying for than bury it.

The questions every shop asks.
Yes — no minimum term on monthly plans. Annual plans run to the end of the paid term (no mid-year refund, but no penalty). Export your data to CSV with one click before you go.
No. Starter gives you Bridge + QMS + Time for £79/mo. Add modules as you need them — Pro adds CRM + Find, Scale adds Leads + Quote. Most shops start at Starter or Pro.
Real work: importing your customers, parts, suppliers and in-progress jobs, a 90-minute training call, and a week of email support. The difference between "here's a login, good luck" and being properly set up in seven days.
No. The only things outside the monthly fee are Xero (their pricing, not ours) and — only if you use DASLeads or DASQuote — the AI API usage, which is a small pass-through. Skip those modules and there are no API costs.
All prices exclude VAT. UK customers pay UK VAT (20%) on top. EU customers are charged at their local rate.
