Software brochures list features. This page follows a working day instead, from the first coffee to the last invoice. Every screen you'll see is a real capture of DMOS, not a mock-up.

The day starts with what's wrong, not with a spreadsheet.
Before anyone asks "where are we?", the Today screen has already answered. It flags anything that looks unusual: a job past its due date, an operation running well over its planned time, a shift someone forgot to clock off. Beside that sits the cash position (outstanding, overdue, collected) and an inbox of the things that need a decision today.
The heads-up list is worked out from live records. Nobody writes it up.

A customer says yes. Production already knows.
The sales pipeline runs from discovery to won, with values, dates and follow-ups due. Drag a deal into Won and DASBridge creates the job automatically, provided the customer has a part revision on file. Quiet customers and overdue invoices raise their own follow-up reminders.
Winning a deal hands it straight to production. No one re-types the order.

A drawing arrives. It's priced before the tea goes cold.
Upload the PDF drawing, set the quantity and let the AI propose how to make it: the operations, the features it read, the material and the machines. The estimator reviews each stage before a price goes out, and stays in charge of the number.
In our own shop, the median time from drawing upload to a costed quote was 3 min 48 s across 44 timed runs. How we measured it →

Every job knows where it is, and what should happen next.
A job moves along one line: RFQ, quote, order acknowledgement, production, shipped, invoiced, paid. At each phase the job page tells you the next action. Here that's "invoice overdue — chase the customer", with the invoice one click away. The traveller and the certificate of conformity print from the same record.
One record from quote to cash. Every document downstream inherits it.

The stores tablet knows what's running low.
Bar, fixings and tooling are tracked on a tablet built for the stores, not the office. Items below their minimum are listed with what's on the shelf against what should be. Every movement is logged, and a stock take is one tap away.
Anything under minimum is listed before anyone has to go and look.

Hours land on the job, not on a timesheet.
Operators clock in against a job, a machine and an operation, and the screen shows who's on shift and where. Those hours flow straight into the job's costing (shift hours × machine rate), so quoted price and actual cost sit side by side while the job is still running.
It's the same login as the rest of DMOS. Nobody keys time in twice.

14:30DAS QMS
The audit evidence builds itself while the shop works.
NCRs, inspections, calibration, training and supplier approvals are recorded as they happen. DAS QMS scores every ISO 9001 clause against that evidence and shows where the gaps are, so audit week becomes a review rather than a reconstruction.
Each clause shows its own evidence count and opens the register behind it.

16:30The whole shop
At the end of the day, it's all one thread.
The lead became a quote, then a job, a shipment and an invoice. Stock, hours, inspections and NCRs hung off it along the way. DMOS draws the whole shop as a live map where every box is a real record count, every arrow is an automatic handoff between apps, and the counts refresh every minute.
Six apps, one set of records.

Nothing was typed twice today.
The enquiry, the quote, the job, the stock, the hours, the inspection and the invoice are all one record, seen through the app that suits whoever is doing the work.
What you're looking at. Every screen on this page is a real capture of DMOS running on Northgate Precision, our demonstration shop. The customers, jobs and figures on screen are demo data, and the times of day are there to tell the story. The screens come from different demo jobs, so this isn't one job tracked end to end. *The quoting median is from our own shop, Dalloway Precision Engineering: 44 timed runs between 26 April and 25 June 2026. The method is on the case study.
