We will not add you to marketing lists, sell your data, or use your information for any purpose unrelated to your specific enquiry without your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): To respond to and manage B2B enquiries submitted through the website. We have assessed that this does not override your rights and freedoms, as the processing relates directly to a business request you have initiated.

5. How we store your data and who sees it

7. Cookies

This website uses a single functional cookie (das_cookie_consent) stored in your browser's localStorage to remember your cookie consent preference. This is a strictly necessary functional item required to operate the consent mechanism and does not track or profile you.

We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any other non-essential tracking technologies. If this changes in the future, this policy and the cookie banner will be updated accordingly.
